David Fagan
David graduated from University with a Bachelor of Prosthetics and Orthotics in 1994. Working in the AT arena, David owned and Managed Sunshine Orthopaedic Services for 17 years, from where he made the transition to complex wheelchairs and seating in the late 90’s. David has been fortunate to seek education and direction from many of the world’s leading experts in Specialised and Custom Seating, Complex Wheelchair and Commode prescription with special areas of interest including a Spinal Cord Injury, Brain Injury and Neurological conditions.
Throughout his career David has worked in the field as a Director of Motion Specialties and built a business that focusses on High End Bespoke solutions for clients, and at a supplier Level as Managing Director of Paragon Mobility. David has spent a career learning and educating people about the positive outcomes the product he supplies can bring to people’s lives.
Andrew Rousham
Andrew Rousham has over 25 years’ experience in the assistive technology industry. He started his career as an assistive technology consultant in Canada. He remained in that role for 7 years, before moving to Invacare Canada as a Territory Business Manager. In 2005, Andrew transferred to Invacare Australia, eventually becoming the National Sales Manager. In 2012, Andrew decided to return to his dealer beginnings by joining GTK, an assistive technology supplier based in Sydney.
Andrew spent 7 years at GTK based at their Newcastle site. As a consultant at one of NSW’s leading AT suppliers, Andrew has worked with all the major suppliers’ products. He has extensive experience with Ki Mobility, Raz Design, and Ride Design Product.
Andrew has been with Paragon Mobility since July 2019 and is based in Sydney. He works to assist and support dealers and prescribers across the country.
Kellee Fagan
With over 25 years’ experience in administration and finance, Kellee looks after all things operational for Paragon Mobility. Coordinating shipments in and out, managing the finance and overseeing the administration are key to Kellee’s role. Kellee has an attention to detail that ensures Paragon operates to the fullest capacity and best of our ability. Fun, organised and efficient, Kellee’s primary objective is to ensure we get the job done well.
Diana Bugg
Diana has over 20 years’ experience in the assistive technology industry which started with the creation & operation of Signature Seating & Mobility in Qld from 2001. Di has worked with all major suppliers’ products and have extensive experience with Ki Mobility, Raz Design, and Ride Design Product with regards to purchasing and customer service.
Diana has been with Paragon mobility since December 2019 & based in Brisbane. She works to assist and support dealers and prescribers in an administrative role, liaising and working with warehouse staff to distribute assistive technology equipment and parts to agents.
Joanne Simpson
Joanne 3.5 years’ experience in assistive technology industry. Her career started in Brisbane as administration support role for sales, repairs, and servicing of all assistive technology equipment. She has worked with all the major supplier products. Joanne has been with Paragon Mobility since December 2021 and is based in Brisbane. She works to assist and support dealers and prescribers in an administrative role, liaising and working with warehouse staff to distribute assistive technology equipment and parts to agents. I work and live by this mantra - Time is precious. Waste it wisely.
Joshua Fagan
Josh is currently studying a Bachelor of Business and Engineering part time, while working full time at Paragon Mobility. A natural on CAD software, josh draws, cuts and manufactures all things custom, including Commode Seats, Custom Trays, footplates, pads and other incidentals. Josh has been with us for 3 years and gained a solid insight into all things wheelchairs and commodes, and how we can best merge his skillset with our product to provide positive client outcomes.
